Xinglongxing’s Leisure Travel to Zhuhai

Our annual company trip will be start. For all colleagues have a very happy trip, Admin&HR Department give below tips:

1. When & Where to Meet
- Date: June 11th 2011 ~ June 12th 2011
- Meeting Time:7:30 AM
- Venue: Nanyou Building Square

2. Accommodation, Dining and Bus Arrangement
- We will live in JinWan hotel
- Please have a dinner with your group member together
- One- Five groups will be taken by bus marked A, Six-Eleven will be taken by bus marked B
- Please refer to the attachment about the group detail and group leader

3. Tips
– Please wear black shirt uniform in the first day
– Please take ID, clothes, umbrella and so on
– We need to meet at Nanyou Building Square on time so that we have a smooth trip
– For yourself safe, please don’t travel alone
– You can contact Daisy or Holly if you need any medicine
